1. Provider and scope

Pultio is provided by GB Apps (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms apply to the Pultio application, package identifier pultio.gbapps.company, its website and related services.

2. What Pultio does

Pultio lets you discover, pair with and control compatible TVs and media devices over a local network. Features may include directional controls, playback controls, volume, power, touchpad input and text entry.

Compatibility depends on your phone, TV model, software version, network configuration and manufacturer protocols. Not every feature is available on every device.

3. License

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Pultio on devices you own or control for lawful personal purposes.

You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, redistribute, reverse engineer, bypass security, interfere with the service, or use Pultio to access or control a device without authorization, except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your device, home network, TV, pairing approvals and all commands sent through Pultio. You agree to use the app only with devices you own or are authorized to control and in compliance with applicable law.

You are also responsible for protecting access to your phone and Wi-Fi network. Text entered through Pultio is sent to the selected TV, so avoid sending sensitive information to an untrusted device or application.

5. Third-party devices and services

Pultio interoperates with hardware, operating systems, applications and protocols supplied by third parties. Android TV, Google TV and other referenced product names are trademarks of their respective owners. GB Apps is not affiliated with or endorsed by those owners unless expressly stated.

Third-party updates may change or disable compatibility. Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of their products and services.

6. Updates and availability

We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features, release updates, or change device support. You may need to install updates to continue using Pultio. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every current or future device.

7. Intellectual property

Pultio, its design, software, text, graphics and branding are owned by GB Apps or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.

8. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pultio is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation or error-free performance. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GB Apps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, device unavailability, network interruption or unauthorized use arising from Pultio. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid for Pultio during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Pultio at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect Pultio, users, third parties or legal rights, or when these terms are materially violated. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to Pultio, law or our operations. The updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.

12. Governing terms

These terms are governed by applicable law without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available in your country of residence. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
