1. Who we are

This policy applies to the Pultio application, package identifier pultio.gbapps.company, and the Pultio website. Pultio is provided by GB Apps (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Information handled by the app

Pultio may process the following information on your device to provide remote-control functionality:

• Local network and TV information. IP address, device name, model, platform and supported capabilities of compatible TVs discovered on your Wi-Fi network.
• Pairing information. Locally generated keys, certificates, tokens or similar credentials needed to reconnect to TVs you have paired.
• Keyboard history. Text you choose to send through the Pultio keyboard may be stored in a local history of up to 50 entries for convenient reuse.
• Preferences. Language, saved devices and other settings necessary to remember how you use the app.

This information is processed for the app’s core functionality and is stored locally on your device. Pultio communicates directly with compatible TVs and media devices on your local network.

3. Information we do not collect

The current version of Pultio does not require an account and does not include advertising, analytics or third-party tracking SDKs. We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, precise location, photos, advertising identifier or keyboard history on our servers. We do not sell personal information.

4. Permissions and network access

Pultio uses internet, network-state and Wi-Fi-state access to discover, pair with and control devices on the same network. Commands and text that you intentionally send are delivered to the selected TV using the protocol supported by that device.

Compatible TVs and their manufacturers may independently process information under their own privacy policies. Pultio does not control those third-party devices or services.

5. Website information

The Pultio website does not set advertising cookies or use analytics scripts. Like most websites, the hosting infrastructure may temporarily process technical request information such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp and security logs to deliver and protect the website.

6. Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be processed by infrastructure providers solely to host and secure the website, or disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users, or defend our legal rights.

7. Retention and deletion

App information remains on your device until you delete individual history entries, clear keyboard history, clear the app’s data, remove the app, or reset the relevant pairing. Uninstalling Pultio normally removes its locally stored information, subject to your operating system’s backup behavior.

Any technical website logs retained by a hosting provider are handled according to that provider’s security and retention practices.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical measures and the secure pairing mechanisms supported by compatible devices. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and the security of your home network and TV also affects the connection.

9. Children

Pultio is a general-audience utility and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Your choices and rights

You can review or delete keyboard history in the app, remove saved data through your device settings, disconnect a paired TV, or uninstall Pultio. Depending on where you live, you may also have legal rights concerning personal information processed by us. Contact us to make a request.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when Pultio’s features or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
